Application forms are available on request from the Admissions Office
or can be obtained electronically from this website

copies of all relevant examination records, certificates and full
academic transcripts of any university studies, all duly certified by
the school authorities.

Confidential
Statement signed and sealed by the referee in an envelope marked
'Confidential".

Medical
Report signed and sealed by your Physician.

Certified
copy of Birth Certificate.

Two
recent passport sized photographs, signed at the back.

Application
fees of RM400.00 payable to Penang Medical College Sdn Bhd. Please include RM0.50 for outstation cheques. This
fee is non-refundable.

Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which usually
lasts about 15 minutes. The panel is made up of at least two members of
the College staff.
Offer
Letter
An offer letter will be issued to successful candidates. Candidates are
advised to read all literature carefully and reply by the date stated.
