The PMC campus is centrally located on two sites close to the heart of Georgetown and within a 5-minute walk of Penang General Hospital, where most of the clinical teaching takes place.

The Sepoy Lines grounds incorporate a heritage building, which currently houses the College’s administration, and a four-storey academic complex which houses most of the modern facilities required for the training of medical professionals. These include:

The Residency Road grounds beside Penang General Hospital incorporate the historic former Penang Home building and the facilities here include:
