Department of Family Medicine – Workshop for GP Tutors

The Department of Family Medicine will organise a “Workshop for GP Tutors” for all General Practitioners with an interest in becoming Clinical Tutors at the Department.

Date    :  Saturday, 12th November, 2011

Time   :  2.00 pm – 5.00pm

Venue :  Multimedia Room, Level 1, Penang Medical College.

This Workshop will provide participants with an overview of

• the teaching syllabus of Family Medicine in Penang Medical College;
• providing efficient feedback for students during clinical attachments;and
• conducting effective teaching in the clinic.

Participants will have hands-on practice of evaluating students using the mini-CEX format.
